de la Navegación” by the artist Reinaldo
Pagan Avila was painted in 1996 in Santiago de Cuba.
The painting is now on a National Museum Exhibition
Tour represented by Meridian International Center
of Washington, DC.

the opening of The Art Of Eastern Cuba, an exhibition celebrating the Artists
of Santiago de Cuba, Oakland, California’s Sister City. These exhibitions
